How the venue finding actually works

Sourcing a suitable venue for a conference, meeting or residential training course can be a time consuming job.  At mandalay, we are able to take on your project in the very early stages and do all the research and costings for you.

Once you have given us your event brief we will start researching for you straight away.

We have an extensive database of Luxury hotels, conference venues and restaurants with private dining facilities and have many years’ experience of these properties, both across the UK and in major centres throughout the world.  Many of these event locations will have been visited by mandalay personnel, though we are able to book any venue your behalf.

We offer a very efficient service and will respond to your initial brief within 24 hours.  Using our professional resources, local knowledge and common sense we will quickly be able to find suitable venues for your function and save you the time in conducting the search.  We will do all the phoning, faxing and emailing to get the best rates for your event.

When we have sent you a shortlist, we can arrange for you to visit properties you are particularly interested in and once you have made your decision, we will confirm all the detail for you in writing. 

Should you have any additional requirements between booking and your event, we will be happy to help out where we can, for example in selecting menus and wines for you or finding activities for your delegates, for example pamper days for spouses at spa hotels.
